Some scripts are freebies from SLX thanx - unless marked in notecarded or the actual object ty , I adapted and edited what I needed in the scripts but they were the seed that sparked my thinking. Thanx to BETLOG Hax, Sasun Steinbeck and to the object creators who inspire me.

Pepo Night Time surfing in SL

Pepo is the first surf sim to provide the full night time surfing experience, with really cool surfing avaialable in a slightly different format ! It was fun to do and think about - I have not quite finished yet as I still have a few idea's left to try out !

Sharing personal information about a fellow Resident --including gender, religion, age, marital status, race, sexual preference, and real-world location beyond what is provided by the Resident in the First Life page of their Resident profile is a violation of that Resident's privacy. Remotely monitoring conversations, posting conversation logs, or sharing conversation logs without consent are all prohibited in Second Life and on the Second Life Forums.

Break a TOS violation regarding privacy within SL - no one is above or beyond an extreamly serious legal persuite if violated or terms broken - goody goody for logs, email saves and screen shots and my legal team !

Passing on a persons RL Identity is a blatant TOS. I will stop at nothing to uphold this. Publishing a persons RL Identity without their permission, or indeed using copyrigted work without permission in SL or indeed on a non SL forum or blog is also illegal, and easy to prove. We all have privacy rights and disclosure and breach of such rights can end in legal prodedures.

Violate my privacy or my copyrighted artworks or not credit my work correctly in any public arena I will take you to court end of. Evading creditations via deletes I will also actively & directly persue. I have done so in the past, I am well versed in doing so with great sucess as in my legal team and I certainly will do so if I feel the need to do so again in the future.

Artists and private persons have legal International rights of protection across all the WWW - there are no acceptions. The law is there to protect & uphold.
